Clinton was most certainly a bastard for wrecking the lives of (relatively) innocent women in efforts to cover his dalliances. Exercising complete contempt for the third branch of government by committing perjury when a simple "I take the 5th" would do was also definitely wrong.
But in light of Dick Chenney's latest actions you've got to give Clinton a bit of credit: at least his facials could be easily wiped off with a damp cloth.
